We use your information to quote and carry out the services you ask for, to file customs declarations on your behalf, to keep you updated on your shipment, to issue invoices, and to answer your enquiries.

We may also use contact details to send service updates relevant to work we are doing for you.

Sharing your information

Clearing and forwarding cargo requires us to share shipment information with customs authorities, port operators, airlines, shipping lines, transport partners and, where you have asked for it, insurers.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Data retention

Shipping and customs records are kept for as long as UAE law requires us to hold them, and for as long as we need them to handle queries, claims or audits relating to your shipments.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information you give us against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.

WhatsApp and phone enquiries

When you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we receive your phone number, your name as shown on your profile and anything you send us, such as documents or photos. We use this only to answer your enquiry and handle your shipment. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy policy applies to how it handles messages.

Our website uses cookies and third-party analytics services to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
